Dunrobin Distillery
A project designing and manufacturing a whisky designed towards being approachable as well as elegant for a new demographic of whisky drinkers. Everything from the bottles, the liquid and the marketing surrounding the whisky was all purposefully planned to create a coherent end product which holds storytelling design as its centre approach in bringing in new audiences.
Wild Camping Scotland
A first stab into 2D animation. The short clip demonstrates the dos and don’ts of wild camping in Scotland, with the aim of informing in a meaningful and memorable way.
Projection
A short film experimenting with VFX. The film combines use of computer-based editing as well as clever lighting to shroud the movie in an uneasy and questioning tone.
Ghost Hunters
A quick light-hearted sketch style comedy mocumentary experimenting with different methods of cuts. Scripting and planning were used; however, improvisation was used throughout in order to find the best comedic beats.
Wizard of Oz Trailer
A marketing-based project which paired alongside an online blog to create advertisement for a TV show. The story beats show a modern-day Dorothy who had stumbled across secrets surrounding a mysterious cult of Oz.
Fantastic Mr Fox – Resound
A complete overhaul of the heist scene in the movie “Fantastic Mr Fox”. Every sound was recorded inhouse or found free to use. The end product grants viewers a different impression on the famous scene from the beloved movie.
The Woman
A quick thriller-based video shot entirely vertical to embrace a new style of media. The storytelling in this project aimed to leave a lasting impact on viewers through its use of ambiguity which coupled well with the short medium as it forces viewers to fill in the blanks and think further upon the clip.
Photography
Recent photgraphy experimentation. A lot of recent shots have been experiementing with lighting and landscapes and happy moments.
